How to completely skip or remove (not replace) an Adobe Sign recipient

I would like to know how to completely skip or remove (not replace) an Adobe Sign recipient so the signing process continues past them.

Also, why is there a 10 siignature limit to Adobe Sign?

On another subject - why is the attachment such poor quality when all i did was take a screen shot using MS "Snip and Sketch" then "open with" Adobe.
