How to convert a zoom audio recording for PDF

I have a 'Zoom recorded audio' I need to insert into a word document then save as a PDF. Zoom is not compatible with Adobe, but apparently it can be converted into a compatible format by a third party and then inserted. Can anyone tell me how to do this please?
