How to create widgets with multiple recepients to sign in parallel? I am not seeing the options in my view as presented in the online documentation.

I am trying to creating a widget that will have multiple counter signers or recipients to sign in parallel.  All signers should receive the notification at the same time and per the online help create-widgets.html document that was previously published this feature is available but I am not seeing it.

My current screen for creating widgets does not accurately reflect the instructions.  The counter-signers section does not read as “optional” for me and neither do I have the option to make them all a number “1” so that they can all receive the notification at the same time "using hybrid routing".  I also do not have the “add me “link.  It also looks like a new release was published today that will allow more than just a signer.  An approver, acceptor and form filler have been added to the options.  How or when can I get these options?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
