How to delete pending documents from a previous account?

We have a weird situation here.  A user had Adobe Sign with via a work email.  This user was migrated (using the same email) to our company Adobe Sign account.  There is a pending document from the old account that keeps emailing out to be signed.  This document is not found in the new account, even under the archived section.  The user can't sign into the old account anymore.

 

Is there a way Adobe can go in and clear out the pending document?
