How to delete signers and release the signed first version

I needed to cover an individuals multiple email addresses just to make sure he got it, now he signed the one at the address he answered that day, and not only can I not DELETE the other signatures, I cannot gain any access, even visually, to THE ONE HE SIGNED! This is really infuriating.

  • I need to DELETE UNNEEDED SIGNATURES
  • I need to SEE and PRINT the agreement with THE ONE SIGNATURE already obtained
  • The email notification sent to me telling me it was signed - has an attachment - and its the UNSIGNED version! This is absurd.
  • The "replace signature" feature is unhelpful. It only allows replacement, not deletion.

Note: I wouldn't need to delete unneeded signatures if it would just "release" the one version which I feel is being held hostage by this system.

I switched from DOCU-SIGN precisely for the exact same reason!!!! Managing multiple signers when you aren't 100% sure of how many, maybe one will be enough, maybe it won't, maybe the client wants multiple, maybe they change their mind. . . .where is our control?.

Please help - I NEED MY SIGNED CONTRACT

Cannot be done. You can request such a feature here. https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/590923-acrobat-for-windows-and-mac This isn't the best place, but you will find other Adobe Sign feature requests listed here.

See if the replace signer workflow will do what you want. It will allow first or second signers to sign the agreement.
