How to disable download / printing of documents before signing?

We want to issue pre-signed agreements to our tier 3 low risk clients, but do not want them to be able to download or print the pre-signed copy, only the completed and signed copy.

Can we disable the download option when sending out a document for signing?

I see it in the widget but not in the regular send document functionality.

Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible restrict the document download.

However, you may apply password to the access the PDF or to open the signed PDF copy.
