Question

how to dismiss errors

The new program reads anything that looks like a hyperlink as an error. I had to clear  - 58! - errors from the documents before I could send it for just two signatures.  Why isn't there an option to ignore what Adobe thinks is an error?

The new adobe sign is awful. You clearly did not use a good focus group before making unnecessary changes.  Why did you fix something that wasn't broken in the first place?

Hi melonie_5678,

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please share a screenshot of the error that appears when you upload the file with links? Also, please let us know which page you get the error on.

Did you check if the issue occurs when you revert to the classic version?

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi,

I'm having the same issue. How do you revert to the classic version? My entire workgroup is having this issue and we litterally have to delete fields for nearly 100 hyperlinks or more sometimes to send documents.

Hi adaptable_wanderlust2948,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

Please let us know how the hyperlinks were added to the document. Share the following information:

- The steps you take that result in the error messages.

- Share the sample document on which we can replicate the behavior.

- Screenshot of the error message.

It would be really helpful if you could share the screen recording of your complete steps and what happens. We would like more information so we can investigate this issue further.

Feel free to let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
