How to download a filled agreement, before signing.

We send out agreements with multiple fields to enter data into prior to signing. Our agreement recipients are asking to download a partially filled agreement where the entered values show up in the downloaded pdf (prior to signing).  At this time, the form can be downloaded, but it is a blank form.  Is there a setting to enable this?  The values are being saved in the cloud, it makes no sense why the values do not populate the download.  If a download is not possible, is a print (with entered values showing up) possible?
