Question

How to edit message to signer once they have signed a contract

Adobe Sign appears to have a standard message to an external signer (from a workflow) when a contract is signed.

The message says

You're all set

You finished signing the "XXX- Contract"

Next John Smith will approve.

How to you customize/edit/remove the "Next John Smith will approve" part of the message. Do not need external customer to see who is the next person or person's are in our companies contract approval path.

Thanks

Hi @Teresa22948916c967,

You can hide the email address of the next recipient from Email Settings within Sign console. (See attached)

Go to Account tab -> Account Settings -> Email Settings to customize it. However, the name will still be visible to external signers on the browser after they have signed a document. Names and email addresses will not be visible on "Signature Requested" emails sent to external signers.

Thanks,

Sritama
