I have just got the issue with an agreement and where I never set-up any expiration date and the reminder was sent during my annual leave while several persons had signed the agreement and just 2 persons had to sign it.  This functionality is weird as not visible at all and even not clearly visible when sending the agreement for signature….

Hi Exuberant_Gigglesdb3b,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

You can set a completion deadline in the account settings of Adobe Acrobat Sign. For more information, please refer to the help document titled: Set a completion deadline in Adobe Acrobat Sign.

Additionally, please consult your organization's account administrator for Acrobat Sign to check the relevant settings and make any necessary changes.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi @YuDam28344106x0gs

Thanks for reaching out.

Once an agreement has expired in Adobe Sign, the expiration period cannot be extended or changed. The recommended way is to send the document again with a new expiration date that gives all signers enough time to complete. You can adjust the expiration settings before sending in Send Settings > Expiration.

For more information on managing, tracking, and changing agreements in Adobe Sign, please visit this help article: https://adobe.ly/4mp2JAq;

Check the section: "Set, edit, or cancel an expiration date"

Note: If an agreement is not completed or canceled by the expiration date, the transaction is Expired.

Expired agreements are tracked in their own section of the Manage page.

"Expired" is a terminal status and cannot be reversed. Actions predicated on a terminal status (eVaulting, retention, etc.) will be triggered by an Expired agreement.
