How to find a saved template in my mobile app

Hello I've downloaded the Adobe Fill & Sign app onto my mobile phone and when I log in, I can't find the saved template that is on my PC.    How do I do this?

    Also, which template are you referring to? Share more information about how you have created a template on the desktop.
