How to get agreement id using transient document id?

I have a thrid party app integration which uses transient document id to send agreements to clients.

Now I have a problem, some of the agreements sent did not saved the agreement id and I need to re-track those agreement id using my transient document id.

I scanned the API list but I could not find anything? Is there a way to get the agreement id with only having transient document id?
