How to have two signatures on a document

Does anyone know how to have two separate signatories sign the document that you send for signing?  Do you need to have two email addresses to allow two different signatories?  What if the signatories share the same email address.

    Hi,

yes I am pretty sure you must have separate emails, as this is used to route the document.

I have tried this a bit, but have always used different addresses.

You may specify where the different signers will sign, and what information they must provide (initials, title, company etc) by using the designated codes. I hope you have the guide for that, pretty powerful and flexible stuff!

Or simply use the template designer in the eSign control panel online...

Thanks for this.  I worked it out.  But also you can have two signatories at the one email address.  You just put in the email address twice but be sure to change the signatories in the right hand panel for signing i.e. signatory 1 and signatory 2.

    thanks
