How to integrate Adobe Echosign and sharepoint

Adobe EchoSign Support,

I was referred to the following link which discusses the integration of Adobe EchoSign and SharePoint 2010.  Here is the link: https://echosign.my.salesforce.com/sfc/p/#300000006IaDOWUzLXIiAnH9NO8_F9WhM_gpxBs

The issue is their is an executable that is mentioned in the link and I cannot locate where to download the executable file.  I have an on-premise SharePoint 2010 system.
