How to integrate Adobe Sign API with an MVC application?

I'm trying to integrate Adobe Sign API with an ASP.Net MVC application, I need a clear example of, how to use the API in an MVC app.
please provide a MVC code for integrating the API.
Currently I'm using free trial account.

My Scenario :

                         From the web application, client will be redirected to adobe sign, there they'll sign the agreements and then the signed document will be exported as PDF to web app. Its more of like payment gateway in e-commerce sites, instead of payments, we'll need to sign in agreements.

So' I need a Asp.Net MVC code for above scenario.
