How to limit document visibility in Webform

I want to create a Webform.

There are two documents.

One needs to be signed by the "Form Filler," who starts the Webform as Participant 1.

The other needs to be signed only by Participant 2, and I want to restrict its visibility to Participant 2 only.

Is there any way to do this?
