How to make a field editable to anyone?

Hi everyone. I created a template with many fields, where almust all of them need to be editable for everyone (User1 and User2). The thing is that once the User 1 edits any field, the User2 can't edit it anymore. For example, if the User1 fill the field "Name", then, once the User2 won´t be able to edit this field called "Name". Now, my question here is if there's anyway to make a field editable for anyone? Even if other participant already edit that field.
