How to make modification on contracts sent by another user

Hi,We have one contract which was sent by a colleague who left the company. Now, we have to cancel this contract, however, since she didn't share her account with anyone, no one can view this contract.What can I do to cancel this contract??Is it possible for some person to have right to view all the contracts sent by all the users without sharing acounts?Thank you for the advice!Regards,Ayumi
