How to match client id in case of webhook registration?

Hi,

I have seen that in documentation, the client id should match in webhook event. But I am not sure where to get ClientID. I am assuming that teh apps I created with ClientId and secret key that to be used? But I have seen that When webhook event popup verifies that if URL is correct endpoint or not then its passing the ClientID which I have never been able to find anywhere in Adobe SIgn account. Can you please help me out on this?

We have a business account and the same problem: where can I find the ClientId to validate the webhook?

    I see that you have a free edition of developer account for Adobe Sign.

    I would recommend you contact Pre-Sales team. They will be able to provide pre-sales technical assistance to you.

    The other post is not duplicated and I am forced to write the question here.
    In this post I have asked you that from where I can see the clientid so that i can match that client id on server side. As a workaround, I have identified the clientid that are passing in webhook header by  adobe sign and I have returned that id in webhook response. So, its working fine for me and webhook registered successfully. But this is a work around, I need to know where I can find Clientid in my account to match with.

    And the post you said is duplicated: Webhook doesnot fire

    Its not duplicated. I am asking here that the webhook that I registered successfully that is not being called. I am deleting, cancelling agreement on adobesign account and I am not receiving any notification on webhook event I configured. Kindly look into this and respond me asap. For every post I have been adding i have been asked to contact Pre Sales team. So whats the purpose of forum? Also I have not been able to contact support team and nor they respond. I am not happy at all with the service!!!

    If someone ever comes across this message, here is where I found the list of applications:

    Of course, you have to be logged in to your Adobe Sign account, and I'm sure after a few months, they'll come up with a "better" way of naming their URLs, so this link won't work.

     

    How I got there, was to log in, click "API" to bring up the API Information page, then click "here" where it says "You can manage applications in your account here".

     

    This should be the answer to the OP's question (until they change the web pages).
