How to obtain Esign URL for display in Com

I would like to include on my Community Users information page the direct link they could go and sign their document to  stop the "I didn't get the emails" ... even though I have a daily reminder set.....    

How would I populate the URL like this

http://mysever.echosign.com/public/esign?tsid......

I have access to all the object via SOQL and have gotten specific list for the user, the status and if signed a link to the PDF.  I am hitting a wall on presenting the unique URL (NOT A WIDGET) if I am still waiting on them to sign.

Any guidance? An Object where the URL is stored or how to build out the tsid?
