how to put initials in document?

How do I fill and sign after a document has been signed. I used to be able to go to the document, use the pencil and put in my initials, but not is is saying that it is certified document. Please help, thanks,

When adding the email address for the person to sign, add your own after and select the areas required for completion. Once initially signed it will then come back to you to fill in your parts.
