how to remove audit report from the signed file?

I am using Adobe acrobat DC and requested e-signature to my colleague and I found that there is audit report in the late page. I want to remove it form signatured file. 

I found that some one gudied to set it in my account>Account settings>global setting. However there is no global setting tab in my account settings. Is this right way? 

Please let me know how to remove audit report when e-signaturing exactly.
