How to reset the default signature when recipient signs
Hello, when one of our employees is sent a document to sign by use of Adobe Sign, he goes to sign and it defaults to the wrong name, causing him to have to change the signature by retyping it every time. The typed signature shows as correct but the image is where we find the incorrect name. We have tried to clear and then save the image but after we clear it for the document being signed, it reappears when it is time to sign a new doc.
Can you send me directions for removing the incorrect name in the image section so that it quites defaulting to the wrong name?
