how to retrieve signed agreements not showing in the manage lists

we've used AS to register 1500+ agreements over time with part of our legacy business, and now need to search through them but notice that they are no longer listed out

we understand that they can be searched for individually from known email addresses for the signee but is there a way of bringing up all the records we'd had saved? Something has changed in the last few months on here for how its retrieved and we can't see an alternative method
