How to send a document for signature to an unknown person

Question

Is there a way for the first signer (a known person with a known email address) to be able to specify the next person to sign? I need to collect a signature from someone, then I need their supervisor to sign. I do not know who the supervisor is. Is there any way to do this through adobe sign?

Thank you for reaching out.

As you do not know the second signer, you amy add first recipient email address in the second recipient field and add the delgator role instead of the signer.
