How to send a fillable form without asking for password?

Hi,

I need to send a form to multiple people to fill, but it is a feedback form and therefore I want people to have the option to be anonymous and not sign. How do I send it without it requesting a signature field? Also, is there a way to generate a link where the form can be filled so I can send the link in one email with all contacts BCC'd?
