How to send copies of contact out to many subcontractors?

Hi, I pay for the entire CC suite but despite lots of research can't work out how to send a copy of our contract out to all of our freelancers. I want each of them to have their own copy that they sign first, then the company director. I only worked out how to do it manually, one by one and I have to manually prepare every field from scratch. It's very time consuming.

We're a small, young social enterprise and can't afford the big expensive corporate add on for Adobe Sign.

So what is the best way I can do this and track progress?
