Hello Consultorpc666,

The signed documents are protected with CDS certificates and is not possible to break the security. Even if someone tries to do that, a notification bar is shown on top of signed PDF that it has been tempered. Here is the documentation for help:

https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/agreement-password-protect.html

Let me know if you have further questions.

Thanks, but we need to know if a document ID is valid so a third party can check it for legal purposes. Maybe there is other method.

So simple that I often wonder why Adobe agents don't just give you the answer.
If you have the transacton ID, go to https://secure.echosign.com/verify and enter the ID.  If it is valid, it will provide you access to the Audit report (typically created in Adobe Sign when processing documents).
