How to update your account details or public profile - the option is not available for me
Dear Adobe support,
I can't update my last name in the account profile:
The solution presented in the link does not work for me.
"
- Account information and access: Add or update your account name, primary email address, mobile phone number, secondary email address."
when I go to https://account.adobe.com/profile
I do see account information, but I do not have the option to change it. Unfortunately it's displaying incorrect data, which means nor me, nor anyone in my organization can sign documents / use this tool.
Can you please assist urgently?
