How to update your account details or public profile - the option is not available for me

Dear Adobe support,

 

I can't update my last name in the account profile:

Change your account profile details, such as your profile name, photo, email, or mobile number. (adobe.com)

 

The solution presented in the link does not work for me.

 

"

  • Account information and access: Add or update your account name, primary email address, mobile phone number, secondary email address."

 

when I go to https://account.adobe.com/profile

I do see account information, but I do not have the option to change it. Unfortunately it's displaying incorrect data, which means nor me, nor anyone in my organization can sign documents / use this tool.

Can you please assist urgently?

Weird, I just checked my account using that llink and it let's me change anything I need to change.  Try again using a in-private window.
