how toe sign when there is no option for sign

I got an email from my company, but unlike all the other e-signature documents, this time there is no option to sign it. I am very confused. Please help me. psa of how I got the document for e-signature

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked the screenshot shared. The sender has added you to the "CC" for the document sent for signature, which is why you receive this email notification. It was not sent to you for signature. Once the recipients to whom the document was sent have signed it, you will receive the final signed copy via email.
