Please can you clarify more around what you mean by the use of word agreement. Are you facing any issues?

The agreement has a certain meaning. For use in contracts it is fine. In employee relationships (US based) it could attack the at-will doctrine of non-union employees. For instance an I-9 and a W-4 are not agreements, they are documents but they do not represent an agreement. Nor would I want to in any way imply that that is represented an agreement and therefor a contractual relationship.

I am surprised no other HR person has brought this up yet. Does this help?
