HRIS Integration

I'm in dire need of help with integration of our Adobe Sign forms with our HRIS system, who opened up their API for employee data about two months ago. Where should I go to use this service? I've tried the integration community, with zero success (no replies in two months). I would like to start pushing data to my HRIS system when employees complete their onboarding forms. Is there somewhere I can see examples of how to do this? How do I consume the API? Is there some third party software I need to trigger the events?
