html appears in sig block and can not sign

HTML is appearing in the signature block followed by Review and Sign, but signature can not be added

 'style="background-color#1473E6;color...Review and sign

on version : 'style="background-color#1473E6;color...Review and sign 

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (20.013.20074)

They can sign on their phone, so that works, just not on their PC.
