Hyperlink in the Agreement Email not Clickable

Our Signers/Approvers clicking on the hyperlink in their emails to fill/sign the Agreement, but the link is not working, It (the link) is not directed to the browser to fill and sign the Form. They are using Outlook.

If anyone experiencing the same kind of problem or having any work around, please let us know.
