I can no longer access the API. I get a message saying my account is deactivated.

I've been trying out the Adobe Sign API using our Enterprise account to create the API Application. In my testing, I've gotten a few invalid request errors and Permission Denied errors when trying to create a transient document. What can I do to reactivate my account?
