Question

I can't add a template in the preview document

Hi,

I'm an Adobe Echosign user since 2 years ago. I made a template with the signature fields and text adapted to my PDF orders.

Before the update, I used to add the order in PDF format and click preview mode. Then appeared a preview of the document and a menu at the left side where I could add a template on my PDF document.

Now, after the update, there is no menu where I can add a template. I can only add manualy the signature fields, text, date fields ...

How can I add my template now?

Thank you

Jose

I too am having this problem. The user interface was changed last week and the template overlay option has disappeared from the screen.

No one at Adobe seems to be aware of this major change.

The signature fields are now on the right hand side of the screen instead of across the top where they used to be...

So, how does one use a form field layer template to apply signatures in the new software?

Hello Jose,

Are you talking about applying form field layer template in the document? If yes, can you inbox me your registered email address so that I can further check?
