I can't find a way to verify a signature

Although the digital certificate has been generated, I can't verify or prove that it is linked to the signed document.

If you are sure about the former, how could it not be linked to the document?

If you use Acrobat Sign, you can use the Audit report with the signed document. Please share more information on what you mean by here to validate the signature. Please share more information on the issue here.
