I cannot cancel a reminder in Acrobat about signing. I have googled and it says navigate to the manage page option. I dont have this. and I dont have the option of a garbage bin - please help

Question

I have a reminder set for a document sent out for signing

The user signed the document through another option, I cannot turn off the reminder for them to sign.

I don't want to cancel the agreement.

I have tried the help option, it suggests going into the Manage page option and then to the garbage bin. I dont have a manage page option, and if I click on the agreement there is no garbage bin

Please help

HiHBHHelen,Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.In the screenshot you provided, after selecting a document from the Agreements list, a panel appears on the right-hand side. Please click "Reminder" to view the available options. It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the options for the agreement that already has a reminder set.Let us know if you need any help.Thanks,Meenakshi
