i cant sign in on mobile

Question

I downloaded adobe reader. I set the clock to automatic. Disabled the antivirus but when the sign in window pops i cant sign in to the app or create account because it doesnt respond when i press it. I contacted support and told me to head here.

I am having this problem as well with my Adobe Acrobat Reader app and it's happening both on my Nextbook tablet and my LG phone, which both use Android. In the last couple days I've tried to open the app only to find out I got logged off somehow. When I try to log back on I get to the create new account/sign in screen, but nothing happens when clicking on either link. It happened first on my tablet and I tried clearing my cache and cookies and reinstalling the app, but it didn't work. I have not tried any resolutions on my phone. Both are v15.3.1, but my tablet is build 133288 while my phone is build 133273. I can log in online, but I like the app. Please help.
