Question

I created developer account and try to access adobe sign console using "https://secure.adobesign.com/public/login" . I'm automatically redirected to: "https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/"

I created Adobe Acrobat Sign developer account and try to access adobe sign console using "https://secure.adobesign.com/public/login" .
After successful login, instead of getting developer console,  I'm automatically redirected to: "https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/" instead.
How to fix that ?

    Hi PawelPiwowar,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked your account with the email address used here for community profile. It shows that you have a free account not the Developer.

Please refer to the following page to create a free developer edition of Acrobat Sign: https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/business/developer-form.html and use the business email not individual user.

    Hope the information helps.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi

    Hello,
I already tried registering several days ago, using https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/business/developer-form.html, however received this response:

I used email from my organisation, the same email I’m using in this forum. (you can check web page of this organisation using domain from my email).

So, my email is basically blocked. I cannot access Acrobat Sign console, cannot register for the access, cannot delete current account.

I know the workaround is using different email, but I need to use this exact business email from my organisation.

My account is still blocked. No way to unblock it by myself. Can I get any help ?
If not other options, please delete my account, so I can create it again using my business email.
