I have a document that is suddenly showing the {{field}} text as well as the entered response when physically printed -- the documents look okay on screen. Did something change? How does one resolve this?

I have a document that is suddenly showing the {{field}} text as well as the entered response when physically printed -- the documents look okay on screen.

There have not been issues with this document before.
