I have Acrobat Pro DC -- does Send For Signature come free with a "free Document Cloud account"? or is there a monthly charge?

Hello Neilc96817377,

If you have purchased Acrobat Pro DC subscription, then Send for Signature is included in it.

I've now been told that it takes 24-48 hours for my account to be approved, at which time Send for Signature will become active.  Why is this?

More importantly, why is this not explained either before or after someone purchases the application?

And most importantly, why do you promote that a new purchaser will get 90 days of free, 24/7 chat support, when clearly there is none?

Thanks. Two questions.

I bought Document Cloud E Sign two days ago and Acrobat DC yesterday. Can I get a refund for the Document Cloud? I had no idea it would be unnecessary.

Also, my Acrobat DC Doesn't have a Send for Signature tool in the tools. I've looked everywhere. Do I have to turn it in somehow?

I have the same question.  Supposedly my Acrobat DC has a "Send for Signature" tool, but it's nowhere to be found in the application.

If it comes for free with Acrobat DC, is there a limit to the number of documents that can be sent in a month?
