I haven't been able to log in for days

There is no problem with my Adobe account,

but when I log in to Adobe Sign, a loading window appears and I cannot log in.

Please try to sign in using the following link: https://secure.na2.echosign.com/public/login.

If you still experience an issue, try using an alternate browser or the New Incognito window on Chrome.

Would you mind sharing the screen recording of what happens at your end when you try to sign in? It will help us understand the issue better.

Also, try once to use the following link to sign in https://secure.echosign.com/public/login.

Ensure that you use the current email address and password. 

Did you try to sign in using an alternate device? If not, please try to use your mobile device or any alternate device and check if you get the same error message.
