I lost all my documents on fill and sign ipad app, any idea how to recover

Dear community, 

i've be using fill and sign on my ipad pro 2016, for 2 years now. This weekend I tried to modify one of the documents and boom, no document is there, it's like a fresh account, no signature, exceot that it memorized what I tuped before, as as soon as I start typing old text pops in,  was not able to get a solution from adobe support and was advised to revert to forum, sonI am still hopeful.
