I need help: Error: Request Security Violation at /reusableDocumentSave

I don't know what's going on, I created a template in adobe sign numbered 2.7. I wanted to correct something in the pdf (background), so I created a 2.8 template and wanted to import fields from the 2.7 template. everything is ok until I click save. After that I am shown a white screen background and a message: Error: Request Security Violation at /reusableDocumentSave. The template does not save (that is, it saves as a draft version, without imported fields) I do not know what is the reason for this.

Hi kierownik, op32156668jrpt,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

As you create the template, please let us know the type of 2.7 template.

Also, share the steps you do to import the form files and share the screenshot of the error message.

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the workflow so we can replicate the behavior.

Try to replicate the workflow with some other template and check if you get the same error. it will help us to understand if the issue is with the workflow or with the document.

Let us know if the issue is resolved.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
