I need to add text to my pdf before sending it for signature.  How can I do this with document cloud e sign services?

Hi rufusw90797254,

If you have Acrobat application then you can simply add text using the Edit tool before sending the document for Signature.

Else if you have only subscribed for eSign service you can use the Prefill option & add a text field to enter text & later you can send it for Signature.
