I need to Change my esign profile name so documents go out without Username<echosign@echosign.com>

I need to Change my profile name so documents go out without Username<echosign@echosign.com> I need them to send as CompanyName<echosign@echosign.com>.

Right now it looks pretty unprofessional and these will most likely be marked as spam. I saw another poster with a similar issue and was told it wasn't possible to change it.

This cant be right, can it? you can change your profile name in every other location on your adobe account but not esign?
