Question

I need to send a document to my client to sign, however i need to send it to his PA in the first instance so she can forward this on? how do i set this up plse?

Hi,

As above, I need to send a contract to my Client, but have to send via his PA. Is it possible to send a document to the PA for her to forward on to the Director to sign? if so how to I go about this? Normally I would put the email of the signee but have not done it this way before?

You might be able to direct the PA to defer the signature - which would allow the PA to forward it to the director. When the PA opens the document to sign it there will be a button on the top left that gives the option to defer and forward, decline, etc.
