I no longer am able to use my echo sign signature.

Hello All,

Thank you in advance for all help offered. I have been using Echo Sign for at least a year and this is the first time I have encountered a problem I could not figure out.

I had 4 forms to fill out for college and three of them ask for my signature. I was able to sign with Echo Sign twice, but when I tried to sign on third doc., I could not.

When I click on place signature, a dialogue box pops up and says "drag to fill in where you want to put your signature." This makes no sense because I already have a signature saved, but it is my only option. So, I draw the box and then another box comes up and asks for my password. I put in password I had saved, but it didn't work. There is not any place to click on "forgot password."

I find an adobe chat & they say it is a technical problem and can't help me, but suggested using the forum. She said there are tech pro's to help me, which I haven't found. I ended up finding a place to change my Adobe ID password, so I did that, thinking my Adobe ID and Echo sign password were the same passwords. But, when I went back to Echo Sign it still said wrong password. So, back to square one.

I sure appreciate any help anyone can give me. I really like this option and does save a lot of time.

In a nutshell my questions are:

How can I either get a new adobe echo sign password? (and try that way) and/ or How do I get my signature already saved to work again?

Thank you so much,

Celia3428
