I want to send multiple docs for signing, but I don't want the results returned as a combined file

The page below seems to describe how to combine multiple documents into a single doc for signing, but still return separated files rather than a single combined file in the end.

However, the instructions appear to apply to admins only, and seem to apply globally to all accounts. How can I, as a user, achieve the same thing for my account only without having to convince an admin to make this change to the system for everyone?

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.

 

We did check your account and you are using Adobe Sign as a part of the enterprise plan.

The feature to keep the document separated can be enabled or disabled only from the admin account. It is not possible for a user to make changes from his/her own account.
